Ulu Yoga is a well-established yoga school in Bali with over ten years of experience hosting teacher trainings. While deeply respected by its students and strong in offline operations, the brand lacked cohesion across digital and physical communication. We initiated a strategic repositioning and brand realignment to ensure its external presence reflected its true depth and quality. Within less than a year of implementation, revenue nearly doubled, supported by clearer positioning, stronger communication consistency, and integrated marketing management.

Brand positioning
Ulu Yoga had credibility, yet its message and structure did not fully communicate its value to an international audience. We refined its positioning to elevate perception, clarify its program structure, and align its communication with long-term global ambition. The result was a stronger and more defined market presence that better reflected the school’s authority and experience.


Brand strategy
We built a cohesive brand system to unify messaging across website, social media, advertising, and offline materials. Training programs were reorganized to improve clarity for prospective students, and a consistent narrative framework was introduced across platforms. The focus was to create alignment between brand identity, communication, and growth channels to support sustainable expansion.




Visual communication
The visual language was refined to better represent the maturity and professionalism of the institution. Billboard campaigns, training brochures, merchandise, student materials, and digital assets were redesigned under a consistent visual framework. Each touchpoint was aligned to reinforce positioning and elevate perceived value without losing authenticity.



Website design & marketing
The website was completely restructured to improve clarity and conversion. We rebuilt the information architecture, simplified navigation, and reorganized training categories to make decision-making easier for international students. In parallel, we took over email marketing and managed Meta and Google advertising to ensure that acquisition efforts aligned with the renewed brand strategy.
